Established in 2001, NGK assists Russian and Western industrial corporations in finding and recruiting senior executives, building on the world’s best practices. The company opened a new page in its development when Morgan Hunt Executive Search consultants Marina Zaborskaya and Denis Smoltsovnikov joined it in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Marina and Denis are now NGK Executive Search Partners.
